In exchange for access to the information in Certified Professional Photographer Directory and Find a Photographer search engine, hereafter "search engine," all users must agree to the following terms and conditions.

Permitted uses of the directory and search engine include obtaining information for the purpose of hiring a photographer for an assignment and may also be used by professional photographers as an online directory that provides the means to contact their fellow professionals.

However, any use of the search engine related to marketing a product or service to the individuals and companies listed in the search engine is strictly prohibited. This prohibition extends to all individuals and companies, regardless of certification status. Users of the search engine who violate these terms agree to pay liquidated damages to the Professional Photographic Certification Commission in the sum of $50 for each member record that is viewed or obtained for unauthorized purposes.

While Certified Photographers of the are listed in this directory, the Professional Photographic Certification Commission is not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, any of these businesses or individuals or the content of their Web sites. The Professional Photographic Certification Commission does not assume any responsibility for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties.
